What is CAT-Coalition for Appropriate Transportation?
CAT-Coalition for Appropriate Transportation serves as a model to all Lehigh Valley communities that bicycle transportation, walking and transit should be supported for their benefits to health, environment and community.  CAT's mission is to encourage education of local planners, enforcement officer and ultimately, motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians who use the transportation network and trails.

CAT is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. 

CAT is an educational charity encouraging car free activity:  Biking, Walking, Riding the LANTA Bus and Local Trail Use.

CAT is active with local municipalities across the Lehigh Valley and the state of Pennsylvania to advocate on bicycle, pedestrian and public transit issues.  CAT promotes facilities and services that are the most environmentally and socially appropriate for public utilization.
